We are pleased to announce that Interscope’s Erin Dawson will judge talent at the LAMN Jam Urban Music Contest Finale on June 14, 2011 to take place at the 1616 Club in Los Angeles.
Erin Dawson is National Sales Representative at Interscope Records, having worked her way up from Buzz Analyst. She is responsible for setting up Interscope artist releases across the company’s national retail account base, handling new and developing artists such as La Roux, Far East Movement and Ellie Goulding to superstars such as Lady Gaga, Eminem, U2, Mary J. Blige and the Black Eyed Peas. Dawson says one of the best parts of her job is witnessing the moment when a developing artist breaks and becomes a new superstar. Over the past few years, she has enjoyed learning and applying what makes the difference between and artist and superstar.
