JESSE KIRSHBAUM
Founder & CEO
Nu Universal Entertainment Agency
Created in 2003, NUE is an international, boutique talent agency. NUE Agency is creating a plan to help record labels and artists sell more music, promote merchandise, generate significant income from touring worldwide and develop corporate partnerships. As a talent agent, Jesse has worked with a broad spectrum of artists crafting deals for Clipse & Pharrell Williams, Jay-Z, Fergie & The Black Eyed Peas, Busta Rhymes, Carmen Electra, Nelly, LL Cool J, Sting, The Pussycat Dolls, Jamiroquai, The All-American Rejects, Sean Paul amongst many others.
Trained in Marketing and International Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jesse K. has, over the course of his career, lent his industry expertise to Billboard Music Group, Sony Music UK, Marvel Enterprises, Logic Records and Pyramid Entertainment Group. At age 23 Jesse was one of the youngest VP’s in US entertainment at American Talent Agency. In 2004, after founding NUE Agency in New York, Jesse moved to California to expand his horizons. He quickly grasped the changing landscape of the entertainment business and excitedly forged relationships in the new media, video game and mobile sectors.
Recently, Jesse has moved back to New York, built a strategic alliance with Digiwaxx Media and set up his operation out of Harlem. Jesse is passionate about the creative possibilities of the digital entertainment revolution and serves as a conduit for talent and what is happening in new media and digital lifestyle. Jesse is a proud member of the New York chapter of the Recording Academy and the newly minted National Academy of Media Arts and Sciences (NAMAS).
MARC URSELLI
Grammy-Award-winning Engineer, Producer,
Marc Urselli is a three-time Grammy Award winning engineer, producer, mixer, composer and sound designer. He has worked with everyone from Les Paul, Sting, Joss Stone, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Keith Richards, Buddy Guy to Luther Vandross, John Zorn, Lou Reed and so on and so forth.
He spends his days recording and producing artists in the studio, composing original music for TV and film and doing sound design for commercials, documentaries, indie and feature films in the US and abroad.
Marc Urselli is an entrepreneur who wears many hats and has dedicated himself to many passions (traveling, kitesurfing, photography, guitars, web design, the internet) as well as an artist who has made recording and producing music his life.
